The Whiplash director will collaborate on the musical drama with writer Jack Thorne, currently represented on the London stage with the hit J.K. Rowling play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. Set in present-day Paris, The Eddy, the industry website reports, concerns 鈥渁 club, its owner, the house band, and the volatile city that surrounds them.鈥�
