London News London's The Phantom of the Opera Welcomes New Cast Members This Summer

The Andrew Lloyd Webber musical continues at His Majesty's Theatre.

The West End production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera will welcome several new cast members to His Majesty鈥檚 Theatre beginning July 28.

Adam Rhys-Charles, whose theatrical credits include From Here to Eternity, Follies, and Mrs. Henderson Presents, will step into the role of Raoul, while Bradyn Debysingh, who has performed at the Samford Theatre, Garsington Opera, and Chicago Opera Theater, will make his West End debut as Ubaldo Piangi. Also joining the company will be Michael Baxter, Polly Clarke, Ashley Gilmour, Matt Hayden, Verity Marlow, Inguna Morozova, Skye November, Taylor Pardell, and Rachel Spurrell.

Continuing in the award-winning musical are Dean Chisnall as The Phantom, Lily Kerhoas as Christine Daa茅, Joanna Ampil as Carlotta Giudicelli, Adam Linstead as Monsieur Andr茅, Martin Ball as Monsieur Firmin, Helen Hobson as Madame Giry, and Millie Lyon as Meg Giry. At certain performances the role of Christine will be played by Colleen Rose Curran.

The cast is completed by George Arvidson, Embla Bishop, David Burilin, Leonard Cook, Hywel Dowsell, Connor Ewing, Florence Fowler, James Gant, Emily George, Melanie Gowie, Molly Hall, Eilish Harmon-Beglan, Will Hawksworth, Nicholas Hepher, Mandy Kwan, Tim Morgan, Johnny Randall, Zo毛 Soleil Vall茅e, Jasmine Wallis, and Victoria Ward.

The international hit also announced that tickets are currently on sale through March 28, 2026.

The Phantom of the Opera has music by Lloyd Webber, lyrics by Charles Hart, additional lyrics by Richard Stilgoe, and a book by Stilgoe and Lloyd Webber, based on the novel Le Fant么me de l鈥橭pera by Gaston Leroux.

The musical also has orchestrations by David Cullen and Lloyd Webber, music supervision by Simon Lee, production design by Maria Bj枚rnson, set design adapted by Matt Kinley with associate costume design by Jill Parker, lighting by Andrew Bridge, associate lighting design by Warren Letton, and sound by Mick Potter. The musical staging and choreography are by Gillian Lynne, recreated and adapted by Chrissie Cartwright. Originally directed by Harold Prince, this production is directed by Seth Sklar-Heyn.
