Running Subway Productions, a New York-based live entertainment company, is seeking a highly qualified and dynamic Sales & Analytics Manager to drive the success of our diverse portfolio of entertainment projects. We bring unique and unforgettable experiences to our audiences across the U.S. with properties such as the acclaimed RiseNY attraction, the national tour of How the Grinch Stole Christmas, and the captivating touring exhibitions Art of the Brick and Dead Sea Scrolls.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor, track and analyze sales for RiseNY and traveling exhibitions to provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Ticketing system oversight including the setup of ticket types, promo codes, managing inventory and scheduling
  • Monitor and report on the performance of promo codes and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Manage the implementation maintenance of any/all ticket combo offers and third party sales channels
  • Coordinate any/all new initiatives related to ticket sales including new third party sellers, gift card sales and OTAs
  • Primary contact for third-party reseller agreements for NYC attraction RiseNY and traveling exhibitions
  • Optimize ticket type composition including VIP upsell to ensure balance of ticket revenue and guest experience
  • Work with VP of Marketing to use sales insights to inform marketing strategy, sharing insights with marketing team, other internal stakeholders and marketing agency
  • Monitor website and sales performance on on GA4 to provide actionable insights for RiseNY, Running Subway and traveling exhibitions
  • Work with marketing agency and VP of Marketing to track performance of paid media campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Coordinate with the VP of Marketing and internal stakeholders to develop and track media budgets and spend
  • Develop and implement multi-platform Short & Long-Term sales plans and budgets for RiseNY with the focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Analyze sales results and evaluate the effectiveness of specific marketing strategies for NYC.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations & Production departments to manage and report revenue driven from group sales, OTA (online ticket agent) sales, pass programs, hotel concierge programs and private events.
  • Provide primary internal troubleshooting for any and all ticketing system issues and errors
  • Generate data visualizations for executive sales summaries
  • Track NYC tourism trends and Times Square foot traffic to ensure that upcoming event weeks remain on track to forecast and alert marketing and operations teams when trends appear to shift up or down
  • Monitor customer geographic profile to identify international and domestic visitation trends
  • Test and iterate pricing and promotional scenarios
  • Provide executive leadership for venue ticketing staff including box office and group sales

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience with a ticket sales-driven property (tourism attraction, entertainment property, theater, concert hall, or an agency that represented such property).
  • Proficient knowledge of ticketing software, CRM software and GA4
  • Ability to make clear, confident and strategic recommendations to Senior Staff
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NYC live ticketing-, tourist attraction- and entertainment industries
  • Prior experience working with ShowClix a plus
  • Timed-ticketing system experience a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $80K - $110K

Schedule:

Full-Time

Mondays-Thursdays: work on-site

Fridays: work from home
