Kiss Me, Kate will air May 30 at 9 PM ET on PBS, and the production will be available for streaming on until June 30.
This revival of Kiss Me, Kate ran at London's Barbican Theatre last year. The Porter and Bella and Samuel Spewack musical follows a group of thespians as they put on a production of Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew.
The London production was directed by Tony winner Bartlett Sher and starred Block as Lilli Vanessi and Katharine, Dunbar as Fred Graham and Petruchio, Charlie Stemp as Bill Calhoun and Lucentio, Georgina Onuorah as Lois Lane and Bianca, Hammed Animashaun as Gangster, Nigel Lindsay as Gangster, and Peter Davison as General Harrison Howell.

Great Performances, which presents filmed performances of live theatrical productions, was recently named a recipient of a 2025 Tony Honor for Excellence in the Theatre. The entire month of May, the PBS series has been airing new live stage captures, including Next to Normal starring Caissie Levy; the Tony-nominated play Yellow Face starring Daniel Dae Kim; and the Bob Dylan musical Girl From the North Country. All of these titles can be streamed on PBS.org until June 30.
