Tony Award nominee Robin De Jes煤s (Wicked) and Ariana DeBose (Hamilton) are among the performers who have joined the lineup for Broadway Sings Bowie/Prince, the 14th installment in the Broadway Sings concert series that will be held February 6 at the Highline Ballroom.
As previously announced, the 8 PM concert will feature new arrangements of the hits of the two artists, accompanied by a 14-piece orchestra playing original orchestrations.
Also joining the lineup are Jessica Keenan Wynn (Beautiful the Musical), Jennifer Noble (Ghost), Kyle Taylor Parker (Charlie and the Chocolate Factory), John Pinto Jr. (The Book of Mormon), and Dee Roscioli (Fiddler on the Roof). Other performers at the show include Andrew Chappelle (Hamilton), Gregory Haney (Hamilton), Van Hughes (Spring Awakening), Ruby Lewis (Paramour), Corey Mach (Hands on a Hardbody), Joel Perez (Fun Home), Jelani Remy (The Lion King), and Christina Sajous (Baby It鈥檚 You).
The evening, the first Broadway Sings double-bill, will include Bowie鈥檚 鈥淪tarman,鈥� 鈥淗eroes,鈥� and 鈥淟ife on Mars,鈥� and Prince鈥檚 鈥淲hen Doves Cry,鈥� 鈥淧urple Rain,鈥� and 鈥淟ittle Red Corvette.鈥� Music will be orchestrated and arranged by Joshua Stephen Kartes.
